As an revenue manager within the Revenue Management & Pricing team of SkyUp, you will be part of the team in charge of optimizing the revenue from SkyUp commercial flights.
You will contribute to maximize the SkyUp revenue performance by managing pricing, inventory control, and demand forecasting.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize SkyUp profitability.
- Optimize fare structures, pricing, and inventory controls to balance load factor and yield.
- Monitor market demand, competitor pricing, and macroeconomic factors to adjust pricing strategies.
- Implement dynamic pricing models based on seasonality, demand fluctuations, and booking patterns.
- Provide regular performance reports to management, highlighting key revenue drivers and trends.
- Manage seat inventory across different fare classes and markets to maximize revenue
- Identify underperforming routes and propose strategies to improve revenue contribution
- Develop overbooking strategies to optimize revenue while minimizing passenger disruptions
- Collaborate with ancillary revenue specialist to optimize bundling and upselling strategies
- Work closely with sales, and groups team to align special fares, groups calculation and marketing campaigns with revenue objectives
- Liaise with distribution channels (GDS, OTAs, direct sales) to optimize fare visibility and conversion.
We expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or related field
- Experience in revenue management, pricing or commercial strategy in the airline industry is required.
- Knowledge of revenue management systems, distribution channels.
- Experience working with the necessary tools and technologies to exploit large amounts of data to draw insights (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) is required.
- Advanced domain of Microsoft Excel is required.
- High proficiency in English (B2+)
- Deep analytical skills with an entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and make strategic decisions under pressure.
