We invite you to join the Arzinger team for the Paralegal/Junior Associate position in Commercial Litigation practice
Responsibilities:
- supporting lawyers in complex and high-profile litigations (commercial, civil and administrative);
- research on various Ukrainian law legal matters;
- drafting procedural documents (claims, motions, appeals, etc.);
- document management (e.g. photocopy, scan, delivery, etc.);
- interacting with state authorities, participation in court hearings as requested;
- participation in various business development and PR activities.

Requirements:
- 2−3 years of experience;
- complete university Degree in Law;
- strong analytical thinking, professional communication (oral and written) skills;
- high level of presentation, time management and prioritization skills;
- excellent analytical skills, knowledge of legal terminology and research skills;
- personal qualities: communication, openness, stress-resistance, flexibility, initiative, and effectiveness;
- upper-Intermediate level of English is a must.
