Requirements:
- 6+ months of experience in lead generation, preferably in IT services.
- Experience working with email marketing campaigns and other outreach strategies.
- Understanding of the IT market and its specifics.
- Proactive and self-sufficient in daily tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+).
- Ability to analyze the market and find new ways to generate leads.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients.
- Develop and execute email outreach campaigns.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, email, etc.).
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
- Maintain a structured database of prospects.
