We are a small team of about 15 people working from all around Europe. Our focus is on active expansion into new markets. We are seeking a Junior Financial Accounting Specialist ensures timely and accurate posting of accounting transactions in line with applicable local accounting principals and IFRS.
Duties:
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records (accrual-based) in the accounting systems (Odoo);
- Working with invoices and bills, AR/AP reconciliations & communication with customers/vendors;
- Be responsible for bank reconciliation per corporate accounting;
- Be responsible for corporate cards reconciliation to the bank statements and supporting documentation;
- Making payments;
- Assistance of senior colleagues with their ad hoc requests in accordance with provided detailed instructions.

Requirements:
- Degree in finance or accounting;
- Relevant working experience in finance or accounting — no less than 1 year;
- Basic knowledge of accounting entries;
- Intermediate English level — must, Polish or Arabic would be an advantage;
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, knowledge of different accounting software (1C, Xero, QB, Odoo is preferred);
- Rapid skills improvements (you'll be managing the accounting of companies in different countries and different challenges);
- Strong communication skills;
- Team player, responsible and hardworking;
- Ability to learn quickly;
- Ability to work within deadlines in a challenging environment.
