Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, ideally with SaaS and FinTech focus
- Proficiency in the standard design tools (we use Figma for high-fidelity designs and Balsamiq for wireframes)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Fluent in English and excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders
- Experience with responsive and mobile design
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Work conditions:
You will be working fulltime in one of the most luxury modern offices in Kyiv, you will have also the option to hybrid partly work in the office, and partly remotely.
Responsibilities:
- UI / Visual Designer who is an exceptionally skilled visual designer with advanced expertise in crafting high-end, polished digital experiences
- This role is specifically for those with advanced visual design abilities who understand UX principles but have a primary focus on creating visually impactful, user friendly platforms
- Be part of a selected A team of designers, developers and codes passionate about developing for Bluegeko the new up coming multimillion dollar project.
- Visual / UI Designer, you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next great product innovation to tweaking pixels right before launch
- You will be expected to utilize your full range of product design, interaction design and visual design skills, and you will have opportunity to design for all of Bluegeko’s products.
- Ability to design cross-platform on App, Website and Connected Hardware
- Own and easily see a project from ideation to development including concepting, information architecture, wireframes, final visual design, and handoff of detailed dev-ready functional and design annotations
- Work to elevate Bluegekos’s digital design language, design system, and custom UI elements
- Solve complex design challenges across full product lifecycles
- Present concepts, communicate design thinking and processes frameworks
- Understand, challenge, and solution product design thinking always staying true to the voice of the consumer
- Prototype designs to showcase interactivity and for user testing
- Use micro animations and apply micro interactions to appropriate Figma components
- Mastery of Figma
- Keep organized components linked to all files
