AmA Invest is a dynamic asset management company that strives for excellence in its field. As our operations expand, we seek a highly organized and proactivePersonal Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our executive team and ensuring the success of our projects.
We are looking for a self-starter with outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Hard skills:
- Experience in organizing events: Experience in coordinating corporate events, conferences, holidays, and other public events is required.
- Execution of personal assignments: The ability to quickly and efficiently solve various everyday issues for the head.
- English language: B1+ English language proficiency for negotiations and reading documents.
- Technical skills: knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), social networks, and GPT.
- Research and analytics: Quickly finding the necessary information, analyzing, and proposing solutions.
Soft Skills:
- Purposefulness, is the ability to get things done.
- Flexibility, responsibility, and punctuality.
- Stress tolerance: ability to work under high pressure and urgent tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Searching and analyzing information/experts.
- Travel support: organizing/searching/selecting tours, booking transfers.
- Search for contractors/contractors: find the best tour operator.
- Personal errands: find and arrange haircuts, find a nanny for a family, find a gift for a partner.
- Event coordination: experience in organizing corporate events, holidays, meetings, and other events.
