The Appliance Repair company specializes in the repair of household appliances and operates in the United States. Due to expansion, we are currently hiring a Customer Support Manager
Work remotely from home.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am (11 am to 7 pm US time).
Requirements:
- 1 year experience as a dispatcher (must have);
- English level: upper-intermediate or higher;
- Confident user of Google Sheets;
- Ability to use Google Maps;
- Availability of a permanent Internet;
- Excellent problem solving abilities;
- Professional negotiation skills;
- Experience in sales is preferred;
- Strong self-government.

Responsibilities:
- Receiving orders and transferring them to the technician;
- Negotiating for each order;
- Сontrol of payment for completed orders;
- Daily communication with technicians;
- Order fulfillment control;
- Other duties as required by the business or as assigned.
