Project Description:
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable HR Specialist with at least 1−1.5 years of experience in IT to join our team. This role requires a confident professional who is not afraid of challenges, quickly adapts to new tasks, and takes initiative in HR processes. You will play a key role in supporting HR operations, fostering a positive work environment, and driving people-related initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, adaptation, performance reviews, and offboarding
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system
- Guide employees on HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate and support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Monitoring the situation in the teams (identifying conflict situations, advice, and assistance in solving)
- Conducting surveys/questionnaires
Requirements:
- 1−1.5 years of experience in HR within an IT company
- Understanding of HR processes and best practices in IT
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with HR software or ERP systems is a plus
- Intermediate or higher level of English
- Good experience in Zoom, Google Doc, Excel, Canva, Miro, MS PowerPoint, etc
- Good sense of humor and a positive mindset
