We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Specialist with a background in legal or consulting services and a strong understanding of Western business practices.
Goldblum and Partners is an independent Swiss law firm recognized among the top firms in Banking & Finance and Corporate Law / M&A.
Our Kyiv back office has been supporting our international legal team since 2013.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Fluent English (spoken and written, including business vocabulary)
- German language skills would be an advantage
- Proven experience in sales within a law firm, consultancy, or professional services firm
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with an ability to build trust-based relationships
- Excellent self-organization, initiative, and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to identify client needs and offer tailored legal solutions

Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new clients in international markets
- Manage and update client databases using a CRM system
- Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, and professional networking
- Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals
- Negotiate and close deals
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Represent the firm at industry events and conferences
- Analyze market trends and client needs to refine sales strategies
