Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Business Assistant to provide seamless support to our Business Unit Manager. This pivotal role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll manage the Business Unit Manager’s schedule, communications, and projects while maintaining professionalism and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule & Task Management: Organize the Business Unit Manager’s calendar, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communication: Handle correspondence and act as a liaison with internal teams and external partners.
- Meeting Support: Prepare materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Travel & Events: Plan travel, coordinate events, and manage special dates.
- Project Assistance: Support research, development, and execution of business initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Background: Experience as a Project Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role is highly preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to efficiently manage complex schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the Business Unit Manager clearly and diplomatically in all interactions.
- Proactive & Solutions-Oriented: Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
- Emotional Intelligence: Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate challenging situations with tact and empathy.
- Adaptability: Willingness to embrace change and learn new skills to meet evolving demands.
