We are looking for a highly self-organized and proactive Purchasing and Logistics Manager to take full ownership of our procurement process. In this role, you will independently source quality materials, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries to support seamless production and installation. You will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain and maintaining strong vendor relationships while keeping costs under control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently identify, evaluate, and establish long-term relationships with reliable suppliers.
- Take full ownership of negotiating contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to achieve cost savings.
- Proactively monitor supplier performance to ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery.
- Manage and process purchase orders and requisitions efficiently.
- Oversee and ensure the timely delivery of materials, aligning procurement with production and project schedules.
- Continuously analyze market trends to anticipate pricing changes and mitigate cost increases.
- Develop, track, and optimize procurement budgets to maintain cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Procurement Expertise: Proven not less than 2 years experience in purchasing and supply chain management, particularly within construction, architecture, or interior design industries.
- Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and pricing effectively to maximize value and supplier partnerships.
- Market Awareness: Knowledge of industry trends, pricing, and supplier networks to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to evaluate supplier performance, manage budgets, and optimize procurement strategies.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to build strong supplier relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
- Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Availability: Willingness to work full-time in the EST timezone (9 AM — 5 PM).
