Remote Dispatcher with Fluent American English (Home Appliance Repair Company, USA)
We are a fast-growing appliance repair company based in the United States, and we’re looking for a remote dispatcher to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for someone with fluent conversational English (preferably American) and experience communicating with US-based customers. If you have a background in customer service, sales, or call handling—and you’re looking for a flexible way to supplement your income—this role might be a perfect fit.
? Schedule
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM — 6:00 PM (Pacific Time)

? Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers in the US.
- Gather key information (name, phone number, ZIP code, appliance type, and issue).
- Offer basic information about the company, pricing policies, and appointment availability.
- Schedule service calls and input customer details into our CRM system.
- Occasionally follow up with customers regarding payment status after the service is completed.
- Filter out non-serious leads with a quick and professional approach.

? Compensation
- $15 USD per confirmed service booking.
- Weekly payout (every Sunday/Monday for the previous week’s work)
- This is a results-based role, ideal if you’re already taking calls during this time and want to add extra income without overloading yourself.

? What We’re Looking For
- Fluent spoken English (American accent or experience communicating with US clients preferred).
- Experience in customer service, dispatching, or sales is a strong plus.
- Ability to stay organized and confident while speaking to US customers.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to enter call details accurately in CRM.
- Friendly, professional demeanor and clear communication style.
- Open to individuals of any age.
