Key Responsibilities
? Lead end-to-end architecture design for web and software applications.
?Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate designs into functional, user-centric solutions.
? Oversee project lifecycle management, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
? Mentor developers and foster best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps.
? Partner with product managers to align technical solutions with business goals.
? To set technical priorities which align with the vision of the companyto develop products and services which are in line with the priorities of the company;
? Leading, mentoring, and guiding the growth of the company, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, empowerment, and accountability;
? Overseeing the designing and development of embedded systems and firmware for our software platform;
? Being a champion for coding standards, and ensuring team members follow best practices, and adhere to agreed standards;
What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development and technical architecture.
Proven expertise in UI/UX principles and a portfolio showcasing user-driven design integration.
Full-stack mastery:
Frontend: React (with modern frameworks like Next.js)
Backend: Java, Python, C# (.NET Core)
Bonus:
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), DevOps tools, or microservices architecture.
- Strong background in product/project management (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams with clear communication.
