What we’re looking for
Our company is searching for a talented digital & Print designer to create online content + help with the packaging for our products sometimes. You’ll be responsible for producing content that matches the company’s brand, aesthetic, and marketing strategy, including email graphic banners, website banners, printing files like brochures etc.
The ideal candidate should be able to efficiently combine creativity, functionality, and technology to produce eye-catching and informative content. In this role, organizational and technical skills are key, and all candidates must possess in-depth knowledge of design software programs like Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator and Canva.
What you would be doing:
- Designing new content, including email templates, social media posts, ads banners, website banners.
- Create digital assets (static & simply animated) for a range of platforms (social media posts, ads, banners, eCommerce, websites, mobile apps, etc.).
- Create email designs for CRM programs and coordinate the creation of email templates.
- Being able to do Printing files like brochures and some packaging design.
- Understand your target audience, research your client’s industry and their audience.
- Work with creative teams to ensure that the visual elements complement the wording. Collaborating with the team to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards.
- Drive brand consistency across all company communications.
- Stay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere.

What skills and qualifications do you need?:
- Proven experience in a professional digital design role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English language.
- A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.
- eExpertise with standard digital design tools, including Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, some basic Video editing skills would be a plus.
- Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
- A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.
- Knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus.
- Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually.
- Great time management skills & Collaborative working style.
