Role Summary: The HR Generalist at MSC Ukraine will support the implementation and execution of various human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, etc. with local labor law. This role will provide support to the local HR team ensuring alignment with MSC Global HR policies. This position demands a proactive individual who is dedicated to fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities: Be involved in and support all indicated directions:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: participate in the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Performance Management: participate in the implementation of the HRIS, including Performance appraisal system, providing feedback, supporting career development initiatives, etc.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and MSC policies, conduct local audits, and contribute to the drafting and management of HR records.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, respond to inquiries, and assist with the resolution of benefits-related issues.
- HR Projects: Participate in and lead HR projects as needed to support organizational goals and improve HR processes.
- HR Operations: Assist with daily operations and initiatives to ensure smooth functioning of the HR department.
- Alignment with MSC Global HR policies: Ensure that local HR practices are in alignment with MSC Global HR policies and standards.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR roles in the international company, preferably in a generalist capacity.
- Language: excellent knowledge of spoken and written Ukrainian and English.
- Desired Experience: Experience in using HRIS and other automated HR software.
- Working knowledge of MS Office 365 products.
