Role & Responsibilities:
Performance Campaign Management
- Create and scale marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, App Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok and YouTube Ads)
- Implement data-driven targeting strategies for priority markets
- Set up and maintain robust tracking and attribution systems
- Optimize user acquisition metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS)

Market & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of marketing channels and competitor strategies
- Identify optimization opportunities through data-driven insights
- Track market trends and performance metrics
- Deliver monthly competitive analysis reports

Strategic Performance Marketing
- Develop strategies for seasonal peaks and platform growth
- Collaborate with marketing team on product feature campaigns
- Convert marketing concepts into performance-driven campaigns
- Optimize targeting based on regional market dynamics
- Identify and execute cross-channel growth opportunities

Testing & Innovation
- Design and execute systematic A/B tests across campaigns
- Test audience segments and targeting approaches
- Optimize creative performance through data-driven testing
- Document and scale successful testing outcomes

Implementation & Collaboration
- Work closely with marketologist, designer, and video editor to create campaign content
- Implement changes based on performance insights
- Ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives

Time Commitment & Communication:
- Minimum 20 hours per week
- Primary channels: Trello for task management, Telegram for quick updates
- Response time: Within 2 hours during working hours (9AM-4PM CET)
- Reporting requirements: Weekly KPI updates and monthly performance reports
- Periodic strategy calls: Mid-year performance review and annual strategy planning
