? Requirements Professional Experience:
- 3−4+ years in-house or legal consulting
- Strong background in contract and international law
- Hands-on experience with KYC, AML, GDPR, compliance
- Preferred: background in digital/tech/advertising
- Bonus: experience with App Store / Google Play submissions
- Bonus: experience with fintech/payment services, entity setup

Education & Skills:
- Law degree
- Certifications (compliance, GDPR, etc.) — a plus
- English: Upper-Intermediate+ (working language)
- Other languages: Czech, Polish, Ukrainian — a plus
- Confident in Google Workspace, Excel, e-docs systems
- Bonus: experience with Notion, CRM, Jira, Confluence

? Key Responsibilities
- Legal support for advertising, mobile apps, and search projects
- Drafting and reviewing contracts (NDA, IO, B2B, agency, incubator agreements)
- Assisting in compliance processes: KYC, AML, GDPR
- Legal support for mobile apps (ToS, Privacy, app account verification, store audits)
- Collaboration with fintech/payment platforms (Stripe, Wise, Oarex, etc.)
- Legal consulting for internal teams (HR, Finance, Product, Control)
- Maintaining contract templates and centralized legal documentation
- Working with external legal providers and supporting company registrations
