Job Description Our diverse business models ranging from fee-for-service to milestone-based engagements and co-development programs often require integration with lab validation studies. As the Contract Administrator, you play a pivotal role in drafting, negotiating, and managing these agreements to ensure clear, compliant, and mutually beneficial partnerships. Key Responsibilities

Draft and revise agreements based on our standard templates

Define scopes of work, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms

Coordinate input from scientific, legal, and finance teams

Track contract versions, approvals, and execution status

Maintain organized and secure contract records

Requirements

Legal or paralegal background (degree or relevant experience)

Strong attention to detail and written communication skills

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple agreements

Proficiency in English (contract-level reading and writing required)

Familiarity with IP, confidentiality, and basic contract terms is a plus
