We are looking for a skilled Reefer Dispatcher to manage and coordinate time-sensitive shipments across the U.S. market. Responsibilities
- Book and manage refrigerated loads for a fleet of 5+ trucks, focusing on temperature-sensitive freight
- Plan and optimize routes to maximize revenue and reduce empty miles
- Maintain direct communication with drivers: provide updates, solve on-road issues, monitor temperature-related requirements
- Handle reefer-specific situations such as temp alerts, pulp checks, rejected loads, and product claims
- Communicate professionally with brokers and shippers: provide updates, BOLs, and PODs
- Track appointments, maintain load status, and update TMS systems with accuracy
- Ensure all loads meet refrigeration standards and timing requirements

Requirements
- 1+ year of dispatching experience in the U.S. freight market, specifically handling reefer freight
- Strong understanding of reefer trailer requirements, including temperature control and food-grade regulations
- Proven ability to manage 5 or more trucks simultaneously while achieving high weekly gross
- Strong communication skills with brokers and drivers — including under pressure
- Knowledge of HOS regulations and ability to plan compliant driver schedules
- English proficiency at intermediate level or higher (spoken and written)
- Organized, reliable, and solution-oriented in high-stakes situation

Working Hours
Monday to Friday 2:00 PM — 12:00 AM EEST (6:00 AM — 4:00 PM CST) Aligned with U.S. business hours for maximum operational efficiency
Compensation
Commission-based: 1.75−2% of weekly gross, depending on performance. Average monthly pay: $5,000-$6,000+ depending on load volume and gross
