- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience in the trucking or logistics industry is a plus.

Обов’язки:
- Calculate and process employee payroll.
- Monitor company subscriptions, ensuring timely renewals and transfers from inactive to active users.
- Generate and send invoices to companies not using subscription-based payments.
- Communicate with clients regarding payments, pricing, subscriptions, and potential discounts.
- Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and maintain up-to-date records.
- Financial reporting and analysis as needed.
- Complete a two-week training program to gain in-depth knowledge of the product and financial processes.
- Work as a technical support representative for two weeks to better understand the product and client needs.
