We bring innovation and quality to the forefront and are now looking for a Project Manager to take full ownership of a specific product group or category. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, understands the Amazon ecosystem deeply, and leverages modern AI tools to drive results.
Your Role: You will be the main driver and coordinator for one of our key product categories. From product research to listing optimization and advertising, you’ll be responsible for aligning all efforts across our internal and external teams. You don’t just manage — you lead with insights, structure, and vision.
Responsibilities:

Full ownership of a product group/category on Amazon

Use AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Helium 10, Perplexity, Excel Copilot, etc.) to enhance efficiency and decision-making

Coordinate all stages of the product lifecycle:
→ Product research & market analysis
→ Competitor and data analysis
→ Supplier communication & negotiation
→ Coordination with designers for visual content
→ Briefing ads & marketing teams

Monitor performance, analyze key metrics, and constantly seek improvements

Serve as the bridge between different departments (data, research, creative, logistics)

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Amazon-related projects

Strong familiarity with modern AI tools and how to apply them in e-commerce workflows

Excellent analytical and organizational skills

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience in coordinating remote teams

Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Nice to Have:

Experience with FBA, supplier sourcing, and product development

Hands-on experience with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, Notion, Airtable, Canva, or similar

Creative mindset combined with structured project management
