We’re looking for a Safety Assistant to join our operations team and help ensure compliance, promote safety awareness, and support our mission of running a secure and efficient fleet.

Responsibilities
- Preparing and updating permits and registrations
- Calculating IFTA taxes on a quarterly basis
- Organizing and maintaining company documentation
- Monitoring electronic driver logs and behavior statistics (using ELD, Samsara)
- Tracking driver inspections and citations

Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Strong communication and data management skills
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and pay close attention to detail
