We’re looking for an Afterhours Dispatcher who can be the calm, organized problem-solver when the rest of the world is winding down. If you’re great at communication, logistics, and staying cool under pressure—we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Responding to incoming calls and emails from drivers and clients about logistics, route changes, and operational issues
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cargo, equipment, or scheduling delays
- Coordinating with on-call dispatchers and management for timely problem-solving
- Monitoring tracking systems and updating real-time info for drivers and customers
- Maintaining accurate communication logs and records of all actions taken
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations after hours
- Providing outstanding customer service to strengthen relationships with drivers and clients

Requirements
- Prior experience in a U.S. trucking company is required
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Russian
- Ability to stay focused and multitask in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
