An IT holding JetMonsters is looking for a Lead/Head of User Acquisition / Product Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager with experience in the niche of mobile applications (IT) to strengthen its expertise in the mobile app market.
Our Goal: To enhance our capabilities in building and optimizing the marketing funnel—from user acquisition across traffic channels (Meta), creative production, custom product pages (CPP), onboarding, paywall optimization—to lowering CPA and increasing CR.
Our expectations from the candidate:
Hard Skills:
- Proven experience launching and scaling mobile apps from scratch to positive unit economics.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools: Adjust, Appsflyer, Amplitude; ability to extract insights and identify growth opportunities.
- 3+ years of practical experience and deep understanding of marketing and product management:
- Experience in building product-market fit and conducting market/audience research.
- Expertise in creating, launching, and analyzing a high volume of ad creatives.
- Hypothesis generation and A/B testing to optimize marketing performance and effectiveness.
- Experience in creating and managing Web2App / Web / Web2Web funnels, understanding of SKAdNetwork and AEM attribution, and user acquisition for iOS mobile apps with a subscription-based monetization model.
- Practical experience in planning, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns—Paid Acquisition on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, TikTok.
- Experience managing large budgets of $100−200K+ (Tier 1 markets).
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with experience in international collaboration.
