About AIR Brands For over 10 years, we’ve been helping brands grow — by building branded YouTube channels, managing influencer collaborations, and distributing content across various platforms, including Reddit.
We’re now looking for an experienced PPC specialist to focus on video advertising, primarily on YouTube. Site: https://brands.air.io/
Requirements:
- 2−3 years of experience with Google Ads (YouTube campaigns are mandatory), and 1+ year with Meta Ads; experience with Reddit and TikTok Ads is a plus.
- Independent keyword research skills (Junior-Middle level), without reliance on an SEO team.
- Advanced user proficiency in: Google Search, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Google GTM, Looker Studio, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Google Trends).
- Experience managing ad campaigns with total monthly budgets of $10K-$20K+.
- Proven experience working across various GEOs (US, Europe, Asia).
- Google Ads Certifications required.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Search (use case examples may be requested).
Additional Requirements (Preferred):
- Experience working with YouTube channels developed both organically and through paid traffic.
Responsibilities:
- Create, analyze, launch, moderate, and live-optimize advertising campaigns (Lead campaigns).
- Create geo-targeted media plans (Shift focus up to 30% by region).
- Build Looker Studio and Google Sheets reports to track campaign performance.
- Analyze niches, keywords, CPVs, and key performance metrics.
- Develop comprehensive advertising strategies based on niche, geo, product, etc.
- Conduct multistreaming ad campaign moderation, lead multiple campaigns, and manage 20−30 active ad accounts simultaneously.
- Design and implement complex, multi-level ad strategies with integrated A/B testing tools.
- Detect and interpret correlations between irregular market changes, price shifts, and campaign results.
