We’re EVIQO — a fast-growing startup in the EV industry, building smart, design-driven EV chargers for the U.S. and EU markets. We’re looking for an HR Generalist who thrives in uncertainty, embraces change, and is ready to build HR processes from the ground up in a dynamic environment.

1. High adaptability You’re comfortable with changing priorities, unexpected shifts, and working in an environment where plans can evolve daily. You don’t panic when things change — you reorganize and move forward.
2. Proactivity over reactivity You don’t wait to be told what to do. You anticipate needs, identify potential bottlenecks, and suggest solutions before they become problems. Our leadership style is action-driven and fast-paced — your initiative will be key.
3. Talent acquisition expertise
You’re skilled at spotting high-potential candidates in a sea of resumes. You know how to craft compelling job descriptions, choose the right sourcing channels, and adapt your search to fit each unique role. From junior support reps to senior tech leads — you know where to look and how to get their attention. You can confidently run screening calls, structure interviews, and evaluate both hard and soft skills.
4. Low need for feedback You’re self-sufficient and confident in your decisions. You don’t need constant approval or detailed instructions. You know how to assess your own results and stay aligned with business goals.
5. Fast response to business needs Whether it’s switching hiring focus overnight or setting up a new HR initiative, you move quickly and efficiently. When the CEO says «We need X by tomorrow,» you say «I'm on it.»
6. High level of autonomy We don’t have a manual for everything (yet). You’ll be trusted to build, test, and improve processes independently — and we’ll support you while you do it.
7. Strong alignment with leadership You understand and support the CEO’s vision, even when things move fast or change direction. You’re not just aligned — you’re on board, driving forward with shared energy and loyalty.
? Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles, ideally in fast-paced/startup environments
- Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, culture, retention, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English (B2+ or higher)
- Experience with remote teams is a must
