We’re a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup in the digital signage space looking for a driven Partnerships & Business Development Associate to help us expand hardware partnerships and go-to-market opportunities — including U.S. and Chinese manufacturers.
? Your responsibilities will include:

Researching and contacting hardware companies (U.S. & China) for:
- Digital menu boards
- Interactive signage
- Wayfinding kiosks
- Outdoor solutions & totems
- AI camera hardware for signage and analytics
- Airport digital signage projects
- Supporting partnership negotiations with the founder
- Turning successful partnerships into sales decks and marketing collateral
- Identifying airport project opportunities and preparing outreach materials
- Collaborating with our internal team to align on hardware specs, offers, and go-to-market

? You’re a fit if you:
- Write and speak excellent English
- Are resourceful with LinkedIn/email outreach
- Are highly organized and great with follow-up
- Are confident building international relationships
- Can prepare clean, persuasive sales decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
- Are available for U.S. timezone calls during your shift

? Bonus if you have:
- Startup or B2B SaaS experience
- Experience in international partnership outreach
- Familiarity with digital signage or hardware distribution
- Mandarin or prior contact with Chinese vendors

You’ll work directly with the founder and gain hands-on training to grow into a high-impact partnership role
