SMM specialist position
Instagram jump start is needed using existing Facebook 50k of current subscribers.
- Project: digest- www.ILike.Boston — is in English and Russian languages runs by state nomination for Russian speaking audience who resides in Eastern Europe, US and Canada.

What we do? Jump start Instagram and boost it using existing Facebook subscrivers and expend the auditorium using other sources. The Digests delivers scientific, social, and economic news and publishes authentic articles about Boston, Massachusetts and the New England. All content — is authentic and created by professionals — journalist, editors and bloggers.
Target and CTA: engage audience to read more about the Boston and Massachusetts and subscribe for FB, IG, X. Engage to call/ text/ write for initial consultation about possibilities for students, professionals, investors, tourists -whoever is planning to come to the city.
No sales is depicted in the digest — neither direct or by implication. Some native ad maybe.
Besides the regular publication/ content, we already have in mind some additional motivating instruments and are ready to discuss: Quizzes, the ‘Learn English' section, gifts of Apple products, and other engaging tools.
We need an SMM specialist who will consult and help to develop ambitious growth and promotion plans.
Requirements:
- Extended knowledge of the RU/EN-segment Social Media, especially Instagram as well as Facebook, X.com.
- Noticeable achievements in previous projects and proven track of successful projects in the past
- English level — B1+ and higher (intermediate+). Russian/ Ukrainian — native or C
- Experience in SMM — 2−3 + years.
- Have an idea of define a plan for development of www.ILike.Boston;

The candidate MUST:
review existing SMM — facebook — https://www.facebook.com/ilike.boston weland instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/ilikeboston/, briefly evaluate and pre-analyze it
- come up to the interview with a sketch / approximate plan for future development

(gain up to 5−20K subscribers on IG within the next few months — this will be the main subject within the interview).
Compensation:
- Part-time employment with an hourly rate of $10−16 per hours (depending on qualification) during the first 3 months (up to 20 hours per week).
- Bonus on successful launch and achieving the main goal — 5−20K subscribers on IG from $ 500.00 — $2,500.00+;
- Upon successful goal achievement with 3+ months trial we may offer a permanent position (remote);
- Business trip to the United States ( Boston and New England) may be required for further promotion of the digest (we will take care of US Entry Visa and travel expenses);
- Subject to NDA;
- All payments/ payroll are pre-taxed to non-US resident and processed through Apple Pay, PayPal or Payonner).

You need to prepare a draft of the plan of your promotion strategy for next few months, including estimated ad budget, additional required tool/ subscriptions — this will help us to understand your qualification and determinate the competence.
Also, we welcome proposals with portfolio from high level professional, travel blogger, influences or a journalist and open discuss the ways of cooperation.
