As a Data Analyst at Datasembly, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our matches for our clients, many of whom are Fortune 500s. You’ll be tasked with building a deep understanding of the matching process and its guidelines. You will leverage our internal application and tools (not SQL) to create the highest quality and most accurate product matches.

- Time Commitment: 0 — 40hrs a week, given the needs of client projects

Roles and Responsibilities:
- To match products accurately across retailers with a high level of accuracy and in a timely manner using our internal software.
- To develop an in-depth knowledge of our matching process and guidelines, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of its principles and functionality so that you match effectively.
- To consistently collect feedback from colleagues and continue to improve your match speed while not sacrificing quality.

What we need from you:
- Detailed Mindset: To pick up nuanced differences between different grocery products across different retailers.
- Deadline Driven: Adherence to project timelines and match quality expectations.
- Self-motivated: Drive to push matching projects forward and continue to grow your matching expertise.
- Collaborative attitude: to learn from other data analysts and troubleshoot any data-related issues or discrepancies.
- English: command of English with a level of CEFR B1 or higher and a willingness to improve.

Compensation Philosophy
Datasembly is committed to providing transparent, unbiased, and fair compensation to all employees and prospective candidates.
The salary range for this position is: $5 per hour with opportunity for growth and adjustments for special circumstances.
