ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and engage with international companies and universities to enhance their e-learning production strategies. Your goal will be to develop and implement outbound sales strategies, as well as manage sales for inbound inquiries.
Blue Carrot is a full-service agency established in 2014, specializing in educational content creation and commercial video production. Since the very beginning, we’ve set ourselves in the global marketplace by creating content for over 300 clients globally clients like the United Nations, DNB, Takeda, University of Southern California, Charité Medical University and others.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and execute outbound sales campaigns to identify and acquire new clients.
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries, providing tailored solutions to meet the needs of potential clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Apply for international tenders and RFPs.
- Execute account management and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Collaborate with the CEO, marketing manager and lead generation specialist.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications:
- Proven successful experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
- Fluent English verbal and written communication skills are must.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle outbound sales.
- Experience with tenders/RFP submissions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools [e.g. Sales Navigator, Snov.io, HubSpot, Linked Helper, Apollo, etc.]
