Job Title: SDR/Appointment Setter
Hours: 40 hours per week, full-time
Time Zone: EST (USA), fully remote. The company is seeking a motivated and personable SDR/Appointment Setter to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in digital outreach and enjoys connecting with potential clients through personalized communication. The primary focus of this role is to generate qualified appointments through outbound email and LinkedIn outreach, leveraging personalized video messages to engage prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound email and LinkedIn outreach to prospects, focusing on setting appointments.
- Personalized Video Messages: Create and send personalized Vidyard (or similar platform) video messages to prospects as part of your outreach strategy. These videos should be quick (15−20 seconds) and aimed at generating interest in scheduling a 15-minute meeting to discuss our offerings.
- Appointment Setting: Successfully secure appointments with qualified leads for our expert BDR team. You will attend these initial meetings to ensure a smooth handoff and to make the prospect feel comfortable. Collaboration: Work closely with the BDR team to ensure seamless transitions from the initial outreach to the sales pitch, contributing to the overall sales process. Performance-Based
- Compensation: Earn commission based on the number of appointments booked, with additional bonuses awarded for deals closed by the BDR team.
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and personalized outreach messages.
- Video Communication: Comfort and proficiency in creating short, engaging video messages.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet outreach and appointment-setting goals.
- Self-Motivation: A self-starter who is motivated by results and thrives in a remote work environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales development, appointment setting, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
