We’re looking for a talented Outreach Development Manager to join our growing team.
If you:
- Have experience in outreach, sales, or business development (B2B experience is a plus but not required).
- Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Are proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Are familiar with CRM tools and outreach platforms (preferred but not mandatory).

What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential clients.
- Identify and connect with leads via various channels (LinkedIn, email, Upwork, etc.).
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects to foster long-term collaborations (communication is primarily in English).
- Conduct meetings with potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outreach efforts align with company goals.
- Track, analyze, and report on outreach performance and results.
