What are you going to do?
- Design and implement a scalable and efficient data warehouse using AWS technologies (e.g., Redshift, S3, EMR).
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and transforming data from various sources (e.g., Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, messaging systems).
- Build and optimize data models for analytical and reporting purposes.
- Create and maintain data infrastructure for efficient data access and analysis.
- Collaborate with product owners and analysts to provide data insights and support their work.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in data engineering.

Our ideal candidate:
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with data ingestion and processing tools (e.g., Kafka, SQS, SNS).
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data transformation techniques.
- Experience with scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) for automation.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
