Responsibilities:
Design & Execution:
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design concepts effectively.
- Design and deliver user interfaces that are visually engaging, intuitive, and scalable across devices and platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable design solutions.
- Ensure designs adhere to branding guidelines, accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles.

User Research & Analysis:
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand customer needs and behaviors.
- Analyze research findings and user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Use insights to inform design decisions and iterate on existing designs to improve usability and performance.

Collaboration & Communication:
- Partner with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain a high-quality user experience.
- Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders, effectively articulating the rationale and expected impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design efforts with business objectives and technical constraints.

Design Systems & Standards:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Advocate for user-centered design practices and inclusive design principles throughout the organization.

Requirements:
Essential Knowledge:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Experience with conducting and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative user research.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience delivering user-focused digital products or services.
