Who We’re Looking For: We’re searching for an experienced Media Buyer who:
- Has deep knowledge of launching and optimizing paid ad campaigns on TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Understands GameFi, blockchain, or NFT industries (preferred but not required).
- Can analyze and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
- Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with platforms and partners.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversion rates.

Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives tailored to each platform.
- Test and iterate ad formats, visuals, and messages to identify top-performing strategies.

Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage budgets efficiently to achieve campaign goals.
- Provide detailed reports on spend, performance, and ROI to the marketing team.

Market Analysis:
- Research audience behavior, platform trends, and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.
- Adapt campaigns based on market insights and data analysis.

What We Expect from You:
- Experience: 2+ years in media buying with a proven track record of successful ad campaigns.
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and YouTube Ads.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity: An eye for compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Languages: Fluency in English; additional languages will be a plus.
- Passion: Interest in blockchain, NFT, and gaming industries is highly desirable.
